The first 100% Quebec hybrid. It is the result of more than 25 years of research and experimentation by leading apple breeder Roland Joannin of the Laurentians, through the “La Pomme de Demain” collective in St-Joseph-du-Lac. The Rosinette is an eye-catching, heart-shaped apple with a dark pink blush on a yellow base. The white, meltingly crisp flesh reveals a sweet, aromatic freshness offset by a touch of acidity. So delicious, it’s hard to stop at just one!
