This frost-resistant cultivar is ready on October 15. Its unusual flavour is reminiscent of muscat grapes and passion fruit. The crisp, juicy apple provides a real taste explosion. It always excels in blind taste tests. To obtain Passionata’s characteristic flavour, it is imperative to control the fruit load and wait for the correct degree of ripeness. The fruit is large to very large in size. The tree is not known for being particularly hardy.
