Our varieties

A yellow apple that ripens in early September. Large to very large fruit. Its creamy flesh is crisp and sweet. At maturity, the fruit develops an orange cast on one side, marking the beginning of harvest time. Two pickings are often necessary to harvest the fruit at the optimum level of ripeness. The tree is vigorous, productive and easy to train. It produces annually but requires load control to yield quality fruit. Its main weakness is its susceptibility to apple scab.
